What do Pandora employees wear?
Corporate offices are permitted to wear jeans, tshirts and other casual attire. Employees are required to wear all black, shoulders are never allowed to be seen. Any jewelry that is not Pandora’s must be removed before your shift.

Simple. The job is not like other jewelry retail stores. There isn’t as much competition, and the commission is small. The management is underqualified but they work hard.
Is Pandora commission based?
Zero commission on sales, as well as compensation. You receive 1% commission until you sell 100,000 worth of products at which you will then be moved up to 2%.
