What do I wear to an NPC show?
Loose clothes like sweat pants or a robe are best to keep your tan looking good. Flip-flops are recommended for footwear. Handheld mirror – As you may sweat, you may need touch-ups. Bodybuilders, Classic Physique, Fitness, and Women’s Physique bring your music for your routines to check-in.
Do you need an NPC card to compete?
You will need to join the NPC and purchase an NPC card here before competing. PRO TIP: The entry form might look overwhelming at first, but take a breath, read the insructions, and don’t be scared to ask for help.
How long does it take to prep for an NPC competition?
Actual show prep begins 12 weeks before your competition. You should meet a minimum of twice per week with your trainer, more if you can afford it. If you can only meet twice per week, your trainer will give you a calendar with your split.
How do you get a NPC card?
