What is Bode equality?
Old Navy is revolutionizing the shopping experience with the launch of BODEQUALITY. Beginning on August 20, Old Navy will redefine size inclusion, offering every one of its women’s styles, in every size, with no price difference.
Old Navy’s clothes are often oversized—and not necessarily in a good way. Old Navy was known for being one of the worst offenders of wonky sizing, with most pieces for both men and women fitting larger than expected based on the size tag.
The goal was to be more inclusive to shoppers of all sizes. So instead of segregating clothes into plus-size sections, they wanted to put them all together. And rather than offering sizes zero to 14 like most retailers, Old Navy decided to offer sizes zero to 30.

Old Navy vs Gap—Price Difference

Old Navy skinnies have quite a bit of stretch. If the jeans fit you comfortably, with the right amount of ease–they’re too big. These skinnies are going to stretch out at least one size, and you don’t want them to be saggy-baggy after you’ve worn them for an hour. Go get yourself the next size down.
That’s why the company is launching Wish List, an online tool that allows you and your loved ones to create a list of most-wanted items from across five of the company’s brands: Gap, Banana Republic & Banana Republic Factory Store, Old Navy, Athleta and Piperlime.
Old Navy’s sales at stores open at least a year grew 3% in 2018. And it’s not the only discount retailer that is growing, even amid low unemployment and growing wages.
