What is a legal deadlift?
So what are the powerlifting rules for deadlift? The bar cannot travel downward before reaching the final position. You must stand erect with the shoulders back. You must stand with your knees straight at the completion of the lift. You cannot have the bar rest on the thighs during the lift.
Can you bench with a belt IPF?
A lifting belt won’t magically allow you to bench press more weight, but it can provide additional stability that may enhance certain technical elements of the lift.
What knee sleeves are IPF approved?
A7 7mm knee sleeves are USPA and IPF approved and are allowed in all USPA, IPL and IPF competitions. These also meet the technical specs of USA Powerlifting and are allowed in USAPL competitions.
Is arching back during bench cheating?

Are lifting straps legal?

Are elbow sleeves legal in raw powerlifting?

Why are Pioneer belts not IPF approved?
