In wrestling tournaments, it is required that all wrestlers wear wrestling shoes, and a wrestling singlet or uniform, (we also suggest wearing mouth-guards, knee-pads and wrestling headgear), but at Jr Patriots Wrestling practice the kids are free to participate with nothing more than shorts, a t-shirt and socks.

What do I need to know before going to a WWE event?

Here are some guidelines, whether you’re going to see AEW, WWE, or an independent promotion.

Any lower, and you’ll look like an amateur. This may seem silly, but I’ve realized that briefs are the most comfortable undies to wrestle in and they are discrete.

You should start with jogging and/or gymnastics and finish by getting a few sprints in either before or after your wrestling warm up. This warm up should be no shorter than 5 minutes and really should be closer to 10 minutes. Afterwards it is time for your wrestling warm up.
