Uniqlo do offer winter parka which is much better than the ultra light down to combat snow and wind. The parka fit quite loose so you can layer your garments. I don’t own any Uniqlo winter jacket but I do have a lot of their thermal Airism under garments. Very good quality without the bulky design.

Is Uniqlo warm enough?
Re: Uniqlo ultra light down warm enough? My experience is that Uniqlo Ultra Light Down is adequate for 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit). Adding a layer or two of Uniqlo Heat Tech should be ok for 0 degrees Celsius. Worst case, if you are chilly, you could buy another layer locally.
