Is Uniqlo Alteration Free?

How much is an alteration? Available at any of our stores and online, we offer free normal lock stitch for selected UNIQLO pants priced $29.90 or more. For items priced less than $29.90 and for those requiring a blind stitch, only a $6 fee will be applied.

Does UNIQLO provide free alteration?

Every single one of our stores offer an alteration service, which is free on all bottoms priced at 19.90 € and above. I bought a pair of jeans from you online and would like them altered. Can I take them to a store for an alteration? Yes, you can.

How long do alterations take at UNIQLO?

If I requested alteration for online purchase, how long is the total delivery time required? Online orders with alterations will take an additional 1-4 working days from the estimated normal delivery lead time, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Can you return UNIQLO alterations?

At this time, altered items from online purchases may be returned back the warehouse for a refund. Altered items from in store purchases may not be returned/exchanged. Please note: Alteration fees are non-refundable.

Does UNIQLO alter jacket?

Alterations are available for select items. If alterations are available for your item, the “ALTERATIONS” option will appear underneath the size selection tool. Orders with pant alterations will take an additional 2 business days from the estimated delivery time frame.

Does UNIQLO offer tailoring?

Can you return UNIQLO altered pants?

Alterations must be picked up with a valid receipt or ID. Altered merchandise not claimed within 90 days of purchase will be discarded. UNIQLO assumes no responsibility for unclaimed merchandise. Alteration fees are non-refundable.

Can I return an altered item?

After your institution learns of the alteration, you have 30 days to return the altered item along with an affidavit. If there is a series of items altered by the same person, generally, the customer is responsible for notifying you within 30 days of receiving the first statement on which an altered item appears.

Can I exchange after 30 days UNIQLO?

UNIQLO is always happy to exchange or refund all item(s) using the original method of payment as long as the item(s) are returned in a resellable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

What is UNIQLO’s return policy?

According to their return policy, Uniqlo accepts only requests you make within 30 days of the shipping date. You can see the shipping date either on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email. For in-store purchases, the 30-day countdown starts from the day you buy the product in question.
