How do you use Skechers elite points?
If you have a reward available, you will see an amount in pounds listed under Skechers Elite Account Overview. You would need to click on ‘Cash in Points’. Once you do that, it will activate the reward and display the reward code. To use this online, you would type in the reward code under Gift Card/Reward Certificate.
Do Skechers rewards expire?
Points will then expire 365 days after they are earned. If you enrolled in a Skechers retail store location but have not completed your online account registration, your entire points bank will expire every 6 months from the date you enrolled in store.

How do I delete my Skechers account?
If you would like to delete your Elite account you can do so by clicking on the Login button on the top right corner of the home page. Under Profile select “Edit” and click on “Delete Account” under the CANCEL and SAVE button. A new screen will open asking for confirmation to delete your account.
