How long are click and collect items held for?
You can pick up your item on a day that suits you. You can check the opening times for the location you selected on Services near you. We’ll hold items for 18 days. If they’re not collected in that time, we’ll return them to the sender.
What is next day click and collect?
The basics of Next-Day Click & Collect Shipping
Delivery will arrive next day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 2pm EST/ 11am PST. If you order between 2pm EST/ 11am PST on Thursday and 2pm EST/ 11am PST on Sunday, then your order will arrive on Monday.
Is it quicker to click and collect?

Can you return next items to any store?
For your nearest store and opening times, please check our Store Locator. Can I return my parcel to a store? You can now make a free, contactless return to any Next store at the checkout. No need to bring a returns’ note, simply bring your items along and our team will do the rest.
What happens if I miss my click and collect slot?
If you’re unable to pick up your order we’ll return it to store and refund your payment. All uncollected orders will be returned to store at the end of the Click & Collect trading hours each day (times vary by location). Orders will remain available for collection in-store until the store is closed that day.
What happens if I don’t collect my very order?
All parcels must be picked up within 18 days. If you can’t collect your parcel within this time, it’ll be returned to us and you’ll receive a refund.
How does click and collect work?
How does Click and Collect work? To use a retailer’s Click and Collect service, shoppers simply place their order online through the store’s website or mobile app. Store employees then gather and prepare the products for pickup and notify the consumer when the order is ready.

no later than 4.30pm even if the Post Office® has a later closing time. no later than 11:00am if the Post Office® has a half day closing time.
Is click and collect the same day?
What is a same-day order? Our new service allows you to place an order for Click and Collect, or delivery and receive your items the same day.
Is click and collect worth it?
Click & Collect is faster than home delivery. Customers can often pick up their items same-day, but, more importantly, they can arrange pickup slots at their leisure rather than having to wait at home for a delivery slot which can mean staying vigilant or even cancelling plans.
Is click and collect better than delivery?
From a shopper’s perspective, click & collect eliminates the risk and cost of missed deliveries. Many consumers like the added convenience that click & collect offers. They no longer have to wait at home for a delivery; instead they can pick up their order at their convenience.
Can I return something after 30 days?
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to return something within 30 days and get all of your money back if it’s faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Is Next return policy 28 days?
14 days for clearance and 28 days for full price but they are very lenient and will no doubt refund you . By the way it comes up on the till when you bought it and they can refuse over 30 days so just be aware .
Can I return Next clothes to a Next Home store?
Yes you can, in fact, you can take any Next product to any Next store regardless of where you purchased it for a refund or credit note.
Can someone collect my click and collect for me?
Yes they can. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation email, or order number, and the details on your order: your full name and phone number, as well as their own ID (i.e a driving licence, passport, utility bill, credit/debit card).
Can you pick up click and collect early?
You can order your deliveries or Click+Collect up to 3 weeks in advance.
Is ALDI online more expensive?
Customers can always count on ALDI for the lowest prices on groceries, every day. However, prices on Instacart may vary slightly from in-store prices in your area. In some instances, prices of items on Instacart may be higher to cover the cost of personal shopping for delivery.
How long will Parcelshop hold my parcel?
Parcels which are delivered to the Pickup parcelshop are stored there for 7 calendar days.
How long do shops keep very parcels for?
The store will hold your item for 10 days. You’ll also get reminders after 3 and 7 days that your parcel is waiting for you. After that it’s returned to us.
