Generally speaking, for us at Macgregor and MacDuff, there are two times of year, wedding season and not wedding season. Wedding season is the busiest time of year and runs from around April to September. During this period we highly recommend ordering your hire and getting measured no later than 12 weeks in advance.

For bigger adjustments we can let a kilt out (or take it in) through the aprons and ultimately we can completely rip your kilt down to the cloth and re-make it to the new specifications. We also provide a dry clean and pressing service which can sharpen the pleats up and bring your kilt back to life.
