Hermes offers packageless returns in select Parcelshops across the UK. Customers can take their return item to a ParcelShop where staff will package it in an FSC-approved eco-friendly bag and consolidate into containers, reducing the amount of driver collections and CO2 emissions, as well as reducing packaging.

How does Hermes ParcelShop work?
Print your label and attach it to your packaged item. Find Hermes drop off points using our Hermes ParcelShop Finder and choose a location. Give your parcel to a store assistant. They will scan it using a hand-held terminal and give you a receipt.
What is a Packageless drop off?
I drop returns off at UPS all the time without the original box or mailing envelope.
How do I use Evri ParcelShop?
Book and pay for your parcel, print your label at home and drop your parcel in store when you’re ready. Book and pay online or via our app. You can then head to your nearest ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device to print your label and send your parcel.
How long do ParcelShops keep parcels?
Your ParcelShop will gladly accept the parcel and store it for you for up to 8 working days. This gives you the flexibility to decide when you want to collect your parcel from us. All you have to do is show your ID.
How often do Hermes collect from ParcelShops?
You can expect your parcel to be collected between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. We don’t collect parcels on Sundays or on bank holidays. Don’t forget, you can also use any one of our ParcelShops to drop off your parcel at a time to suit you.
How do I collect from ParcelShop?
If you’ve ordered from a retailer and know you won’t be in for a delivery you can choose to collect your order from your nearest ParcelShop, perhaps close to where you’re working. Just select the Evri ParcelShop option at checkout, then find the ParcelShop that’s most convenient for you. Find your nearest ParcelShop.
Can you return without original packaging?
But it’s always a good idea to thoroughly read the product detail page to see if there are any conditions. Of course, it’s always best to return an item in its original packaging if possible. But if you’ve lost the original box or it was damaged in some way, don’t worry – you can still make a return.
Do Hermes collect returns from home?

Another option for shipping internationally with Hermes is dropping your package at a Hermes ParcelShop. Delivery takes between three and seven days.
What happens if my Hermes parcel is not collected?
Our drivers always try their best to get to every collection, so if it fails, it is due to an unavoidable problem. If a EVRi collection fails, they offer three collection attempts as standard; if your collection fails you do not need to rebook. They will automatically re-attempt the next day.
What do Hermes do if your not in?
Hermes will make 2 attempts to re-deliver your parcel, remember you can request a neighbour sign for the parcel, or authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place via your My Hermes tracking link. XDP will leave a calling card and notify you via email or SMS for most missed delivery attempts.

When you get to the locker just select “send a parcel”, scan or enter the barcode on the label and a locker box will open for you to put your parcel in. Put your parcel in the box, close the door and we’ll take care of the rest! If you drop your parcel off at the locker before 12 noon it’ll be collected the same day.
How does Hermes home collection work?
You can book parcel collection up to 7 days in advance or as early as tomorrow. Just book before 10pm and a courier will collect your package the next day, between 8am and 8pm – you’ll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day. All we need next is a few details about your parcel.
How does an InPost locker work?
InPost – This is a parcel locker service. It allows you to drop off your parcel at a parcel locker at any time of the day, rather than having to wait for the opening time of a drop-off store. Drop Off – This service requires you to take your parcel to a local drop-off point.
What ID do I need to pick up from Hermes parcel shop?
You should ensure you have at least one of the following forms of ID, driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, passport, cheque book. The ID must have the same first and surname as that used to make the order with the online retailer.
Can someone else collect from Parcelshop?
