Are Royal Mail returns free?

They will not refund you if the product has been opened. It is also highly unlikely that you would get an exchange, Gift Card or Advantage Card Points. Boots’ return and refund policy is generally very customer friendly, apart from cosmetics, perfumes and pharmacy items.
