If you’re using Chrome on Android, iOS or iPadOS then you’ll want to open the app and navigate to Settings, then Privacy and look for the option for blocking cookies in the Clear Browsing Data menu. (Google’s help page explains how to do this on each device).
Clear all cookies
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More. Settings.
- Tap Privacy and security. Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
- Check Cookies and site data and uncheck all other items.
- Tap Clear data. Clear.

Sharing your personal information with third parties without giving you any control over it could also leave you vulnerable. For one thing, you don’t get to choose the third parties.
Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
