Are Next returns 28 days?
14 days for clearance and 28 days for full price but they are very lenient and will no doubt refund you . By the way it comes up on the till when you bought it and they can refuse over 30 days so just be aware . Months and months is not really acceptable , it is a business !
Does next refund delivery charge?
They only charge for returns if you have their courier come and pick it up. If you take it to the shop or a drop off point like post office or coop then it’s free. They can only charge for either delivery or returns.
Why are next charging for store delivery?
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to stock availability and demand. At times of peak trade, we may charge 25p for the Next Day To Store service, delivery to store will remain FREE for any subsequent days.
