Department store Debenhams will now allow customers to pick up and return parcels at local shops through a new tie-up with Hermes. The Hermes ParcelShop option will be available on the site alongside normal home delivery.

Does Hermes do click and collect?
If you’ve ordered from a retailer and know you won’t be in for a delivery you can choose to collect your order from your nearest ParcelShop, perhaps close to where you’re working. Just select the Evri ParcelShop option at checkout, then find the ParcelShop that’s most convenient for you.
Can I have my Hermes parcel delivered to a ParcelShop?
If you’ve already selected courier delivery as a delivery option, we can’t change it to a ParcelShop delivery. But don’t worry if you’re not going to be at home, you can divert your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour of your choice.
Do Hermes pick up from your house?
Hermes will collect the item(s) you’d like to return between 8:00am and 8.00pm on the next business day (Monday – Friday), as long as collection is requested before 11:00pm. Important information: It’s not possible to request a specific time for your collection and Hermes will not call or text on the day of collection.
What happens if you miss Hermes pick up?
If you have missed the driver collecting your parcel, you will need to rebook your collection. To rebook, visit our collection page. Note: If your courier made an attempt to collect that you missed, you may have to pay a small fee for re-booking your collection.
How do I arrange my Hermes collection?
All you need to do is click the button at the top of the page and then fill in the form. You can book parcel collection up to 7 days in advance or as early as tomorrow. Just book before 10pm and a courier will collect your package the next day, between 8am and 8pm – you’ll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day.

Not at home? No problem! Your Evri courier will always make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be marked as Return to Sender and you’ll be reimbursed as soon as your order arrives back at our logistics centre.
Can I pick up my parcel from Hermes Depot?
If your parcel is being delivered by your local courier you won’t be able to collect it from your local ParcelShop or delivery depot, but your courier will make three attempts to deliver your parcel.
What happens to my package if I’m not home?

If a shipment requires, either an indirect, direct or adult signature, and a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a door tag at the recipient’s door. If no signature is required, the shipment will be left at the recipient’s door.
What happens if Im not home for a delivery?
Depending on your shipping method, and the carrier delivering your parcel, your order will either be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address, or a notification card will be left with details on how to retrieve your parcel.
Where does my package go if I not home?
If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
