If you’ve ordered from a retailer and know you won’t be in for a delivery you can choose to collect your order from your nearest ParcelShop, perhaps close to where you’re working. Just select the Evri ParcelShop option at checkout, then find the ParcelShop that’s most convenient for you.

Can I have my Hermes parcel delivered to a ParcelShop?

If you’ve already selected courier delivery as a delivery option, we can’t change it to a ParcelShop delivery. But don’t worry if you’re not going to be at home, you can divert your parcel to a safe place or a neighbour of your choice.

Do Hermes pick up from your house?

Hermes will collect the item(s) you’d like to return between 8:00am and 8.00pm on the next business day (Monday – Friday), as long as collection is requested before 11:00pm. Important information: It’s not possible to request a specific time for your collection and Hermes will not call or text on the day of collection.
