Who can use Atome?
Be at least 18 years of age. Currently reside in Malaysia. Have a mobile phone number registered under your MyKad with your telco. Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchases on Atome.
How do I use Atome payment in store?
After downloading our mobile app and setting up your account, scan an Atome QR code to pay if you’re at a shop or choose Atome as a payment option when you’re on a merchant’s website. You pay 1/3 of the total bill on the spot. The second payment will be due 30 days later, and the third, the following month.
Can I pay all at once Atome?

We will split the total sum of your bill into 3 equal installments which are automatically charged to the debit or credit card linked to your account, so you don’t have to worry that you’ll miss a payment so long as you have money in your bank account.

Why can’t I pay using Atome?
Check if customer has any ongoing bills and advise customer to spend within credit limit allocated. Check if customer is using an existing card on another existing account and if so, advise to use another credit/debit card. Please allow a wait time of 30 minutes before retrying.
What is the limit for Atome?
Note: All Atome users have varying credit limits available for transacting with Atome. This limit is different from the credit limit that you have set on your credit/debit card.

Does Atome affect credit?
Taking installment credit won’t directly impact your credit rating. You can even improve your credit rating by paying the amount in monthly payments on time.
Can I use Atome in store?
You can use Atome when you see Atome QR code at a store’s checkout or when you see Atome listed as a payment option at a merchant’s website. Use your Atome app to scan the code that is displayed at a store’s checkout. Look out for various vouchers to be applied via the app.
What’s the catch with Atome?
Atome imposes a S$15 late fee when you miss your payment and freezes your account until the outstanding payment and late fee have been settled. Hoolah also charges a late fee if you delay paying the instalment on the due date. You’ll be charged S$5 for order values of S$99.99 and below.

Can I use Atome multiple times?

How much is the late fee for Atome?
If you missed a scheduled payment, an Admin Fee of SG $15 will be charged 1 day after the payment is due and your account will be temporarily frozen until the outstanding payment and Admin Fee have been cleared.

What will happen if you did not pay Atome?
If you missed a scheduled payment, we will charge you an PH₱300 administration fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amounts are paid. To reactivate your account, please pay all the outstanding amounts and the PH₱300 administration fee.
Can you use debit card Atome?
Atome also accepts most credit/debit cards issued by a financial institution. Please note that every account will require a card tagged “Primary” and all the payments will be deducted from the card by default. You will not be able to delete this card unless you have added another card and set the latter as “Primary”.
