What happens if I don’t pick up my Pandora order?
We are happy to hold your order for three (3) days after placement. After this, it will be automatically cancelled and your jewelry will be returned to store stock. Your credit card will not be charged. If you have an emergency and cannot collect within this window, contact your store to discuss options.
Can I sell my Pandora bracelet back to Pandora?
PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.
Can I exchange my Pandora bracelet for a bigger size?
Items purchased from the Pandora eSTORE (excluding sale items) may be exchanged through the Pandora eSTORE for the same item in a different size only, or for the same size if the original item is faulty. No other exchanges are available through the Pandora eSTORE.
Does Pandora require signature?
Any PANDORA order valued at $500 or more will be sent Signature Required.
Can Pandora bracelets be worn in the shower?
We recommend that customers remove their Pandora jewelry before going to bed, showering, swimming or participating in physical activity. Your jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
How long does Pandora take to process orders?
All orders require up to 3 business days for processing. This means when you place an order it falls into a queue and will be prepared for shipping within 3 business days. After your order has processed it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS).
Are Pandora deliveries discreet?
Orders are delivered in a plain outer carton with all our jewellery packed in either blue or clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes free from contact.
