How do you fix a broken glasses bridge?

For a stronger fix, you can sand down the broken edges, glue them together, and drill two holes on either side of the crack. Wrap as much thread as you can fit through the holes to add support to the cracked centre of the bridge. When finished, cover the thread in glue to ensure a strong, reliable fix.

Ray-Bans do not scratch easily. There are two main types of lenses that can determine how easily they’re scratched. The first is crystal lenses. These are top-tier lenses that are scratch-resistant.

How do you send back a broken Ray-Ban?

Attach the pre-paid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label. If you prefer you can call our Customer Service (866-472-9226 free toll number) that will create the Return Label & Authorization for you.

Can you return broken Ray-Bans?

If your sunglasses break in any form, you can send them back to the Ray-Bans warranty center. Ship back the broken frames along with purchase information and your contact info. Ray-Ban charges a $12.50 processing fee and will determine if your glasses are covered under their warranty policy.

Can you claim lost sunglasses on insurance?

Yes, the policy covers you for theft of your glasses from the home. If they were stolen away from the home, you can claim for this if you had included the value of the glasses in your General possessions cover when you bought the policy.

How good is Ray-Ban warranty?

TERMS. Luxottica warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

What takes scratches out of Ray-Bans?

Put a dab of toothpaste on your finger, swirl it around the lenses where the scratches are, wait a few minutes, rinse with warm water, and dry with cotton balls. This should work to buff some of the finer dings.
