Always squeeze dry, don’t tumble dry, and avoid direct heat as it degrades the stretch.
How long are snag tights?
Snag Tights range from a size 4 to 36 — and are made to fit both body shape and size, as well as height — with tight sizes ranging from 5’3 and under to 6’5. There’s also tights available for children, and the tights are suitable for maternity wear, too.
How long does snag tights take to deliver?
We anticipate 8-10 weeks, after the closing date, to make your order. Deliveries are expected to start in Mid / Late December. Our Second Chance pre-order will remain open until 23:59 GMT, 31st October 2021. After this point we will close for pre-orders.

How do you know if your tights are too small?
When you try on leggings, there are 3 immediate signs that will tell you the fit is too small for you and you need to size up:
- They’re hard to get on. You can’t slide them on without a lot of painstaking wriggling and shimmying.
- They fit so tight, they dig in around the waist.
- They become transparent.
How tights should fit?
Leggings should also never pinch or pull, whether you’re simply walking in them or performing a yoga pose. Leggings should fit you snugly and comfortably, much like a second skin. Finding the perfect pair might take a bit of time, but with our tips and tricks, the process should be much easier.

Is 60 denier see through?
60 denier tights have a good balance between ‘not too sheer’ and ‘not too thick’. 60 deniers are opaque but they will be slightly see-through with your legs crossed or knees bent.
How many times can you wear pantyhose before washing?
On a positive note, we recommend you DON’T wash tights after every wear. Instead, you can wash sheer tights once every two wears, and thicker tights after every three wears. It’s also safe to hand wash several pairs of tights together and at the same time.
Should you wash new tights before wearing?
Tights should be washed before their first use and only as needed after that (usually every 2-3 wears or if they are obviously dirty). Since tights are so delicate, you don’t want to wash them more than is necessary as washing can wear down the fabric.
Do tights shrink in the wash?
It depends on what they’re made of, but many leggings will shrink in hot water. Using a hot wash and dry cycle works well for materials like nylon, spandex, and polyester, but not Lycra.
What is size D in tights?
Tights are usually sold in sizes small, medium, large and extra large, or are sized A to D, and sizes are based on height and weight. So if you ever come across a pair of tights that claim to be ‘one size fits all’, proceed with caution!
What does denier mean in tights?
Denier is the amount of transparency a certain pair of tights will have, which is directly related to its thickness. Denier ranges from 5 to 100. Transparent sheer tights can be found at the lower end of the spectrum, 5 – 50, while anything over 50 are considered opaque tights.
