Tranquil Boots – why they cannot be disassembled? When they appear in Dota they were able to be disassembled, then developers disabled it. Yesterday I played and saw that they are able to be disassembled again, but just today they lost this ability again.

Does tranquil boots stack with wind lace?
Short Answer Yes. DotA 2 movement speed items are distributed into four groups. While the items in each group stack with items in other groups, they do not stack with each other. Boot items : Power Treads, Phase boots, Tranquil boots etc.

you can disarm someone through black king bar what means if you arent a proper builder for Manta-Style, BKB is actually useless for you if the enemies are just going to get Heaven’s Helberd (HH) for about 3.4 k money which in my opinion is way to cheap for such an overpowerd item.
