All orders shipped within the continental U.S. ship FREE via US Postal Service (USPS), with the option to upgrade to UPS Ground for $15.00 (Alaska, and Hawaii orders are subject to added fee). Guam and the Virgin Islands shipping method is US Priority Mail for all deliveries and ships FREE.

Orders are delivered in a plain outer carton with all our jewellery packed in either blue or clear transparent bags inside our eco-friendly jewellery boxes free from contact.

All of our orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or Yodel. Email notifications from Royal Mail will contain PHO in their tracking updates.
What happens if I don’t pick up my Pandora order?
We are happy to hold your order for three (3) days after placement. After this, it will be automatically cancelled and your jewelry will be returned to store stock. Your credit card will not be charged. If you have an emergency and cannot collect within this window, contact your store to discuss options.
Does Pandora accept returns?
What is your return policy? If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
