The Life Education program provides valuable lessons exploring healthy eating, personal safety, physical activity, positive relationships, cybersafety and the impact of alcohol and other drugs. All modules are age and stage appropriate and aligned to the NSW PDHPE syllabus and the Australian school curriculum.

It’s a partnership spanning a number of years and in 2015, Australia’s largest non-government provider of drug and health education to children and young people,Life Education, again received funding from the IMB Bank Community Foundation to help them with their important work in local schools.

When did Life Education start?

1988. Life Education Trust New Zealand was formed and the first two mobile classrooms were imported from Australia to begin teaching in Auckland and Christchurch. Four newly appointed school teachers traveled to Australia and received 3 months training on how to deliver the Life Education programme.
