Smart tags that allow access to the authenticity verification service powered by Certilogo often display the CLG Code. It’s easy to find: it’s a 12-digit numeric string preceded by the acronym CLG, for example “CLG 000 000 000 000”.

To check whether your product is genuine you just have to scan the QR code on the label with your smartphone. This will then take you straight to the Certilogo website. Next you will be asked a series of questions and it’s important that you answer them correctly.
