In the formal and prom industry all dresses ordered with the original designer to supply your order are considered SPECIAL ORDERS and cannot be cancelled at any time. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled- even if the ship-out date is later than the order date.

How do you return a prom dress?
–Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return package. -All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging.

How long do prom dresses take to come in?
If the dress is in stock it will typically ship within 1 -5 business days. If the item you have ordered is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the Designer it could take up to twelve weeks for delivery. Delivery time depends on the designers’ inventory and inventory that we have on order with each designer.
