Use scissors and an X-ACTO to cut out your letters. Peel off the plastic covering and place the vinyl letters onto the bathing suit. Cover the letters with a cloth and iron for about two minutes. The cloth could cause your letters to move around so we suggest ironing a few letters at a time.

Can I use super glue instead of fabric glue?
While you can use super glue to quickly mend a tear or patch up your clothes, super glue won’t work on fabrics over the long haul. If you must use it and there are no other alternatives, consider it a temporary fix. It’s also less reliable since the glue that forms will be weak and easy to pull apart.

Some Polyester is temperature sensitive and therefore, if using a heat transfer that applies at a high temp, you’ll start to melt the fibers. Most likely, this result is permanent or may fade slightly, however the fibers of the fabric have been altered.
