To apply Puff transfers, thread your garment on heat press to apply to a single layer. Pre-press to remove all moisture from the garment. This will most likely require multiple 6-8 second pre-presses. 100% cotton and thicker fabrics may require additional presses.

How do you heat press a puff vinyl?
Set your iron or heat press to 320°F or 160°C. You can go up to 340°F if you want more puffy result. Place the vinyl design onto your garment at the desired location. Using HIGH PRESSURE (Very Important), heat and press the puff heat transfer vinyl design for ten seconds.
Can you iron puff print?
To preserve a puff print or any other specialty prints, it is recommended that you wash it inside out with cold water. Do not use a tumble-dryer, hang dry if possible and do not iron over the print.
Does puff print crack?

Many times printers maybe in a hurry, slow down. Most plastisol will cure when they reach a temperature of 320-330 degrees and sustain that temperature for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Some whites that have a fast cure designation will cure from 275-300 degrees and this will have to be sustained at 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Place the area of the unwanted heat transfer vinyl over the plate and pull tight with one hand. Using your scissors, X-Acto knife, or razor blade, gently use a sweeping motion to pick away the HTV, starting at the top of the unwanted heat transfer vinyl.
