Easy-peasy. Just login to your account. While you’re there, you can also check your expiry date. The team at participating Caltex retail sites can tell you your balance and when you pay with your StarCash card, the till receipt will display the balance remaining, if there’s any left.

Where can I use Ampol cash card?
The Card may only be used at Ampol outlets (which as we transition from Caltex to Ampol may be branded Caltex or Ampol) where EFTPOS facilities are operational and online. The Card can be used to purchase (or part pay in conjunction with cash or by credit card) selected goods or services available at these outlets.
Can I use my Ampol card at eg fuel?
Comparatively to Caltex’s own fuel card (Caltex StarCard, now AmpolCard) with a $2.95/m per card fee, the EG Card fee is $1.99 per card per month (for the first 6 months) but limited to only Caltex Woolworth stations – it cannot be used at Ampol stations.
