Machine darning has a very little stretch, unlike some other darning methods, but it’s worth doing as it’s fast and easy! You can darn your sock on a sewing machine with a free arm and/or with an embroidery hoop-attachment, or a makeshift embroidery hoop like I will use in this tutorial.
