Now, customers can seamlessly shop the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Piperlime web sites and add merchandise from each brand into one shopping cart.
What shipping company does Gap use?

According to an announcement from the brand, customers who utilize Old Navy’s Buy Online, Pickup In-Store program will have the option to have same-day delivery powered exclusively by Postmates. As a result, customers can have their purchases delivered right to their doorsteps.

No, unfortunately you cannot use Old Navy Super Cash at the Gap. Old Navy Super Cash may only be used at Old Navy stores and Old Navy online. Old Navy Super Cash cannot be used at Old Navy clearance centers. Gap offers their own program of earning “cash” rewards, called GapCash, which can only be used at the Gap.
Can I return Gap items to Gap Factory?
For Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory items, you can return merchandise purchased online to the appropriate Factory brand and store. For example, if you bought an item on GapFactory.com, you can return it to a Gap Factory retail store, but not to a Banana Republic Factory store or a regular Gap Specialty store.
