Do aligns always pill?
Luon will eventually pill over time even if you do not have chub rub. Pilling can occur when the fabric rubs against itself or on skin. Pilling will occur mostly on the surface of the fabric and gusset of pants made with Luon.
What Lululemon material does not pill?
Luxtreme® is highly resistant to friction and will not pill. Personally, I feel it is more breathable than Luon. Luxtreme® is another versatile fabric that can be used for lots of other sweaty endeavors.
Do people Size Down On aligns?
Some people have sized down in Align leggings. We recommend getting two sizes and seeing which one fits best.
Why do my leggings pill?

Do Wunder trains pill?
I highly recommend the Wunder Train tights. The design of the pant is very similar to Aligns and would warrant me breaking up with my pill-prone Align pants. I love the Everlux fabric because it’s very durable and WON’T PILL.
Is Wunder better than Align?
But, Wunder Under is definitely thicker for more intense workouts while Align is more lightweight and breathable. To put it another way, if you do more intensive training, the Wunder Under leggings can keep up whereas the Align leggings can join you on the couch afterward.
Are Align shorts worth it?
Yes, these shorts are worth it! Even though they are delicate Nulu, I still love mine because I have been wearing them so much. There isn’t much from Lululemon that I buy full price, but this item is one of them! They sell incredibly fast, so I know my size won’t be around long enough to be marked down.

When you are washing leggings, flip them inside out to avoid the rubbing of the leggings with the swishing motion of the washing machine to minimize pill formation. Place the leggings in a garment bag and tie them up before popping them into a wash cycle. Hand-wash pilling-prone leggings for extended life expectancy.
Does Wunder Under leggings pill?
Because I’ve machine-washed them (with cotton and towels) and then heat dried them (in extra hot settings), they’ve developed a TON of pilling between the legs. Despite the pilling, my Wunder Under leggings are still really comfortable for working out in and they’ve even travelled across the world.

It will dry quickly, but it will show, in all fabrics. Does sweat show on Align Pants? Yes – on colour Align pants and crops sweat will show. On solid black pants & prints, sweat will show ever so slightly.

Everlux. Think of Everlux as a souped up version of Nulux. Everlux leggings have the same sweat-friendly qualities – quick-drying, wicking, and stretchy – but this newer fabric adds a few more extra features to help you through a particularly hot cardio session.
Can you return Lululemon leggings if they pill?
UPDATE: As of September 2019, lululemon has made pilling a non-quality issue. Meaning, that if your product pills, you are no longer allowed to return it due to manufacturer defects or quality issues.
