Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled. Can I still receive a refund, or exchange my PANDORA jewellery? A receipt valid within 30 days of purchase must be presented to receive a full refund. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without a valid receipt.

Do Pandora bracelets stretch over time?
The Pandora bracelet stretches over time as weight (e.g. charms) is put on the bracelet. The chain, commonly called a snake chain, is made out of many little rings which are twisted very tightly into the chain. When buying a new bracelet, it should be tight.

To reduce the size of a Pandora bracelet, experts can cut the excessive chain links. This is done by using a cutter and first removing the clasp. After removing the excessive chain, the clasp can be rejoined, and the bracelet will be smaller in size.
Can I sell my Pandora bracelet back to Pandora?
PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.
Can I return Pandora to any shop?
You need to bring a receipt. Items bought from multi-brand stockists aren’t exchangeable in PANDORA stores. You must return the complete set if you bought a set of jewelry.
