It’s wonderful to be able to do that. The jeans are just as strong, despite being over 50 years old, and I have no need of anything new.

Here’s something I didn’t know: Levi’s offers a lifetime warranty on their jeans. Now: lifetime warranty doesn’t mean that they’ll replace jeans for YOUR lifetime. It means the lifetime of the jeans.

Before you start wearing a new pair of jeans, I recommend having patches sewn into the upper thigh/crotch, to add an extra layer to the area. Also it’s important to have the area patched as soon as you feel it thinning.
