Option 1: Iron-On Patch If you have a small hole in your jeans, an iron-on patch is an easy solution. Measure the hole and cut a piece of denim fabric that’s at least 1/2 inch larger than the hole. If you’re using scrap denim and fusible, you’ll attach the patch from the inside of your jeans.
