Old Navy’s dress code is quite casual. You can pretty much wear anything you like other then tank tops, unintentional ripped jeans or clothing, shorts/skirts that are shorter than six inches. The pay is great and you can extend your hours.

5 answers. You can wear any clothing you own as long as there isn’t another companies logo on it and NO active wear. You do not have to wear Old Navy clothing. Attire should be casual going on Business casual.

Yes. Old Navy promoted individuality while still maintaining a laid back, casual work attire. Colored hair, tattoos and piercings are no problem, although some piercings may have to be removed during your shift.
Old Navy’s pay is biweekly.
An old sailor’s tale is that the buttons represent the 13 original colonies. In the early 1800s, the iconic trouser’s front flap (crotch area) or “broadfall” had 15 buttons before it was modified 90-years later to have just seven, allowing the manufacturer to reduce the amount of material.

– Recruit Training Command (RTC), the Navy’s enlisted boot camp, has extended the duration of its basic military training (BMT) program from eight to 10 weeks.
The Navy first announced the shift away from the blue uniforms 2016 as a way for all sailors to have the same look regardless of job while also providing a more comfortable uniform. Commands across the Navy have been phasing in the new uniform since 2017.
Wear while conducting official business, when business attire is appropriate and participating in social events after normal working hours is not permitted. Consumption of alcohol in the NWUs off-base is not permitted. Consumption of alcohol in the NWUs on base is authorized as promulgated by Regional Commanders.
(1) General. Personnel shall not wear military uniforms on liberty when off a U.S. military compound. Military uniforms, to include the Navy PT Uniform, will not be worn in public or in the public areas of hotels or commercial establishments unless on official business or specifically authorized by COMUSNAVCENT.

Navy Tattoo Policy and Regulations
New regulations allow for unlimited tattoos on the legs, arms, neck, and even on the hands and behind the ears. The only places on the body that are off limits are the head, face, and scalp. Tattoos on the torso are also allowed, but they must not be visible underneath whites.
