What is UNIQLO pay in store?
UNIQLO Pay in Store is a payment method that allows you to pay at UNIQLO store for your online purchase. Payment deadline. You should make the payment in your selected UNIQLO store within 2 hours. If the payment cannot be done within the timeframe, the online order will be automatically canceled.
How long will UNIQLO hold your order?
Your items will be delivered to the UNIQLO store of your choice within 7 business days. Once delivered to the store, you will be notified via email once your order is ready to be picked up and from that date, you will have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. A pick-up reminder email will be sent on the 5th day.

How long do stores hold click and collect items?
We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 19 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready For Collection” notification. If your order is not collected within 19 calendar days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method originally used.
