Can items on sale be returned?
All sales final policies aren’t prohibited under any federal or state laws in the US. Many state laws allow merchants to set their own return and refund policy, and as long as the policy is clearly written and displayed, merchants don’t have to issue returns or refunds unless items are defective.
What is the return policy for Zara?
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Zara.com. The items should have all tickets attached and be in perfect condition.
Does final sale mean no return?

Do I Need the Original Packaging? No. For online returns, all they ask is that you return items “properly sealed” so they don’t get lost in transit. For in-store returns, they ask that you bring back all original packaging and tags (if you have them), but tags can be off and packaging can be opened.
Can I return without receipt Zara?
We do not accept returns without a receipt, however, as gesture of good will, we will allow an even exchange (of the same item) for a different size or color, if available for sale, at the store only. A written copy of this policy is available upon request.
Is clearance considered final sale?
Clearance items are items that are FINAL SALE & sold AS IS. These items are not eligible to be returned for a refund. Clearance items are subject to limited stock availability & are only offered while supplies last.

How do you politely say no refunds?
No matter what means of communication you pick, you should be firm and polite. Use active language in your communication. Instead of saying “Your case has been investigated” and “The refund can’t be provided”, go for “I have carefully looked into your situation” and “We can’t issue a refund according to our policy”.
Can you return final sale loft?
Per our return practice, returns can be made without an original receipt for the item’s current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise deemed final sale on the date of return may not be returned or exchanged.
Can you return final sale items to Lululemon?
Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Keep in mind, gift cards, face masks, and gear from our We Made Too Much section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
