If your bra size is 34DD, your under bust size is 30-31 inches and your bust size is 38-39 inches. A DD cup-size bra means that your breasts stick out 5 inches from your torso. The sister sizes for a 34DD bra size are 32DDD, and 36D.
What is a DD cup?
DD is one cup size larger than D. After the core cup sizes of A, B, C, D the alphabet continues as the sizes get larger, but with some sizes having double letters (such as DD or FF)

What is a 32DD equivalent to?
For example a 36C, 34D and 32DD are all the same cup size, but a 34D breasts project out 1 inch less than a 32DD but because the different from the band to the cup has increased they are both the same cup size.
Is DD bigger than D?
A DD cup will fit bigger than a D cup. If your breast tissue is overflowing out of a D cup or you’re noticing a gap in your DDD/E bra cups, you might want to try a DD cup. Remember: A US DD and a UK DD cup should fit the relatively the same.

A DD cup = E for full figure bras, DDD = F, but if you are used to buying a standard bra that comes in cup sizes B-DD and no higher, there will be about a half cup size increase between the DD in a standard style and a DD/E in a full figure style.
Is 34DD the same as 36D?
Cup size represents the volume of your bosom and is completely relative to your band size. For example, a 36D holds 710cc of breast tissue – the same as a 34DD, 32F and 30G.
How does Victoria Secret size you?
Cup size is actually determined based on your band size. That snazzy pink measuring tape is wrapped loosely around the widest part of your chest, then cups are literally determined by inches. So for example if your band is a 34, and then the second measurement adds four inches, you go up four cup sizes from A.
