How long do you have to click and collect Pandora?

The Pandora store that you have chosen to collect your Products from will hold on to your Products for 5 days from the date that you are sent your Collection Confirmation email.
How quickly does Pandora refund you?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
Can I change my Pandora order?

How do I return a Pandora?
A faulty product purchased from the PANDORA eSTORE can also be exchanged in a PANDORA store or stockist for the same product in any size, providing it is in stock. In-store exchanges on items purchased through the PANDORA eSTORE will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
